Aiming at developing a tool to support process design efforts for the production of monoclonal antibodies (mAb)s. The tool incorporates:
・ Modeling cell cultivation using hybrid models
・ Evaluating the cultivation process in terms of productivity and product quality
・ Developing a framework towards the selection of preferable cultivation modes
